By placing an order, booking a table or sending a catering enquiry on https://nanjaivirundhu.com/ you agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are

2. Menu, prices and availability

• Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees and include the item price only. Delivery charge, packing charge and taxes, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout.
• Some dishes depend on the day's fresh stock. If something you ordered is not available we will call you and offer an alternative or remove it from the bill.
• We may change prices or the menu at any time. The price shown when you place the order is the price that applies to that order.
• Photographs on the website are of our own food but portion and presentation can vary.

3. Placing an order

• An order placed on the website is a request. It becomes confirmed only when our restaurant confirms it by phone or WhatsApp.
• Please give a correct 10-digit mobile number. We use it to confirm the order and to reach you at delivery.
• Minimum order values and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.
• We can refuse or cancel an order — for example if the address is outside our delivery area, the kitchen is at capacity, or the order looks fraudulent.

4. Delivery and takeaway

• Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather and rush hours can affect them.
• Delivery is only to the areas and pincodes listed at checkout.
• Please be reachable on your phone. If we cannot reach you and the food cannot be delivered, the order may be treated as completed and charged.
• Takeaway orders should be collected at the time you selected. Food kept beyond that time cannot be guaranteed hot.

5. Table bookings

• Booking a table is free. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm it to you.
• Please arrive within 15 minutes of your slot. After that we may release the table to waiting guests.
• Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or change the number of guests.

6. Catering

• A catering enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Catering is confirmed only after the menu, price and date are agreed in writing and any advance is paid.
• Final guest count should be confirmed in advance as agreed for your event; billing is based on the confirmed count.
• Catering cancellation terms are given in your individual quotation.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout — cash on delivery / pay at restaurant, UPI, and online payment where enabled. For UPI, please pay only to the UPI ID shown on your order confirmation page and send us the reference.

8. Food safety and allergies

Our kitchen prepares vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and handles nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood and egg. We cannot guarantee any dish is free of traces of these. If you have an allergy, please tell us before ordering and we will advise you honestly.

9. Website use

Do not use this website to place fake orders, to disrupt the service, or to copy our content, photographs or menu data for commercial use without our permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for serving food that meets the standards required of a restaurant. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
